Bacteriostatic Water for Injection (USP)

• Sterile diluent with 0.9% benzyl alcohol to inhibit bacterial growth after opening.
• For reconstituting or diluting compatible medications prior to injection (IV/IM/SC) as directed.
• Multi‑dose vial for single‑patient use; discard 28 days after first puncture.
• Do not use in neonates. Use only if solution is clear and vial intact.
• Store below 25°C. Keep out of reach of children.
